Constant changes in legislation and case law related to federal civil rights laws as well as federal and state criminal statutes can impact every action and decision made by police administrators. Administrators must also be aware of pending legal and legislative issues. This course covers the cases and changes to criminal law in Texas as decided by the 85th session of the Texas Legislature.
