We build our programs for Texas Law Enforcement - our aim is to provide
professional opportunities that are not available elsewhere. This
uniqueness and special arrangements make this program different from
others in the field.    If you have any suggestions - or would like to
interact with your counterparts from other countries - please feel free
to contact me. I will be happy to research and arrange visits and
