The Texas Constables Leadership College (TCLC) is an intensive educational program for Constables and their management staff and requires a sincere commitment of time away from the agency. Modeled on the Leadership Command College (LCC), this progressive and challenging program provides in-depth investigations of issues facing law enforcement and offers growth and development of leadership and management skills in your agency. The courses are taught in a highly interactive manner that encourages continuous thought and participation. A commitment is required for all three modules as well as the completion of your personal leadership portfolio.
