Create and Maintain Successful Organizational Change
Is your organizational culture what you want it to be? Have you tried to make changes before only to see them fail, and the organization revert to the behaviors and processes you were trying to eliminate? Have you been mandated to make changes, but can't the people in the organization to "buy into" these changes?

Regardless of what initiated the need for different organizational behaviors or responses, a leader's future often rests on being able to bring about effective change, or a re-branding of the organization. The successful leader understands that permanent and positive change is the culmination of a series of events which include establishing a Vision and Mission, discovering the Core Values of the organization, and, with the team, creating a Strategic Plan that utilizes these to establish and reach long term goals.

This presentation will explore the process of leading an organization through positive and permanent change. Participants in this course will be provided the skills and the tools, not only to create positive change, but more importantly, to anchor the change as a permanent component of the new organizational philosophy.

If participants attend both Reset the Clock and Organizational Change (January 11, 2018) total cost will be $400 for both.

Hotel, Travel, and Meals:
The participant or their agency is responsible for expenses incurred for travel to and from the training, hotel cost, and meals. Lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. Hotel information will be included in the confirmation email. Choosing a hotel and making a reservation is the responsibility of each participant.

Schedule for the Week:
Class begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. Thursday. The program involves a working lunch (lunch is provided).

Dress for the Week:
Business casual is the dress for the week. Clothing should be professional, and no caps/hats or shorts are permitted. It is always recommended to bring a light jacket in case the training room is cold.

Cancellation Policy:

If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Program Coordinator no later than seven (7) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted.

If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant or their agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
